Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they form the agreement between us. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register.
These are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and www.singlechristians.com.au that you agree to be bound by upon becoming a member. Please read them carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not register as a member. The terms are subject to change by www.singlechristians.com.au at any time. Please note that www.singlechristians.com.au reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason.

You must be eighteen or over to join www.singlechristians.com.au or use the Web site. By using the Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You hereby agree to use an "alias" e-mail address that does not contain your real name especially for the use in www.singlechristians.com.au. In the event that you use a personal e-mail address that contains your name you do so in full understanding that we advised you against this, and at your own risk.

You agree to include in your Member profile the email address supplied to us by you the member. 
You allow and agree that we can use the e-mail address given by you to us to be used in the website www.singlechristians.com.au
You understand and allow that people looking at your profile may contact you directly using the e-mail you supplied to us.
You are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other members. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:
You will not use www.singlechristians.com.au to post or transmit material such as:
offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any groups or individual;
Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
Promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene or defamatory;
Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. www.singlechristians.com.au reserve the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
www.singlechristians.com.au uses the services of an external service provider ('paypal') for members credit card payments. Members shall acknowledge the role of 'paypal' and acknowledge that www.singlechristians.com.au accepts no responsibility in relation to the processing performed by 'paypal'.
No Refunds will be given. 
When joining www.singlechristians.com.au  you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy and Disclaimer of this Agreement.

User / Member Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes your agreement with www.singlechristians.com.au with respect to your use of the Service. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorised user of the Service. As used in this Agreement, "we" and "us" means www.singlechristians.com.au or any successor or assign of www.singlechristians.com.au

Right to Use:
Your right to use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by us from time to time, at our sole discretion. Adult User:
You represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years old.

Photographs: 
By posting a submission that contains images, photographs, pictures or that are otherwise graphical in whole or in part ("Images"), you warrant and represent that you are the copyright owner of such Images, or that the copyright owner of such Images has granted you permission to use such Images consistent with the Terms of this Service. 

Code of Conduct:
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
1. you will keep all information provided to you through the Service as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you;
2. you will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behaviour, including but not limited to the posting of communications or pictures which contain libellous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist, pornographic, obscene, or offensive language or images;
3. you will not forward chain letters through the Service;
4. you will not use the Service to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person;
5. you will not post messages or pictures or use the Service in any way which is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law
6. you will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
7. you will not use the Service to distribute or upload any virus, trojan horses or do anything else that might cause harm to the Service, database systems or to other members' systems in any way.
8. you will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, "instant messenger" nicknames, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information.

You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your membership with the Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges in effect for using the Service, or add new fees or charges, by posting new fees and changes on the site from time to time. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access the Service through an Internet access provider or other third party service, including but not limited to telephone charges. YOU, AND NOT WE, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AMOUNTS BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD BY A THIRD PARTY, WHICH WERE NOT AUTHORISED BY YOU.

1 Personal contact information
1.1 We will only collect personal information about you given by you to us when you register with www.singlechristians.com.au. 
1.2 When you register, we will ask you for your e-mail address, (we strongly recommend that you use an "alias" e-mail address and not your own).

2 Profile information
2.1 When you fill in your personal profile, the information provided will be available to see by other users of this Website. This information will exclude anything that could allow you to be specifically identified or contacted outside the Website.
2.2 When completing your personal profile there are several questions and some of these are mandatory for you to be able to use the Website, the remainder are discretionary. Other users will not have access to your private email address unless you use this instead of an "alias" e-mail address as we recommend.
It is your responsibility and not ours to provide people with your own private details when you communicate with them if you so choose. You can request us to update them at any time by sending us an e-mail with your request.

2.3 Visitors to www.singlechristians.com.au
People can visit the site without being registered as a member. They will NOT be able to contact you unless they pay the fee of 10 dollars to us. 

3 Communications you send and receive
3.1 Communications by email or other means, between yourself and other members of www.singlechristians.com.au.
3.2 Communications (by email or other means) which are exchanged between you and us. This may include material about you, that you agree to have posted on public parts of the site, for example your profile.

4 How we use the personal information we collect about you
4.1 Contact information is used to communicate with you. This includes products and service, responding to any questions or requests you may make, confirming receipt of communications from you, or if we need to contact you for any reason.
4.2 Profile information is posted on the www.singlechristians.com.au website and is used to promote you to our other members. As such, it may be viewed by individuals and members. 
4.3 If you send emails to other members you do so freely and at your own risk and you take full responsibility thereof.
4.4 Complaints are investigated as appropriate. The fact of the complaint may be recorded and details stored in case of future complaints against the same member.
4.5 If a visitor or other member of the site, copies or distributes information on your profile, they are in breach of copyright and acting illegally. If the media uses information from any part of the site without permission, they are in breach of copyright, but www.singlechristians.com.au cannot be held responsible where this has occurred.
